Here is, in plain English, what ielos does with personal data. Brazil's data protection law (Law 13.709/2018, the LGPD) applies.
On public pages we only keep what is needed to count the audience: visits, link clicks, which site the visitor came from and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
The IP address is not stored. It becomes a code that cannot be reversed (HMAC-SHA256), and that code changes every day. This lets us know how many different people visited on a given day without identifying anyone and without following anyone from one day to the next.
The public page stores no cookies in your browser: no tracking, no session, no ad networks.
There are two exceptions, both needed for the site to work and neither used to follow anyone: a page with a form needs a session cookie to show the confirmation message and point out missing fields; and the editing area uses a cookie to keep the page owner signed in while they work.
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest and for one purpose only: showing performance statistics to whoever publishes the page.
Each click is kept for 180 days. After that, only daily totals remain, which do not point to any person.
